Glenrosa Service Center

This service and maintenance facility for the City of Phoenix is the city’s first LEED Gold Certified structure that utilizes a variety of sustainable building components, including brownfield redevelopment, water use reduction, diversion of over 75% of construction waste from landfills, and local/ regional material use. Ninety-one percent of task areas have direct access to outdoor “daylight” views.
