In June the building is complete and we move into our new home at 26th Street and Northern. In 1999, Wespac wins Contractor of the Year from the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) as well as a Gold Nugget Award of Merit for Kierland Office Park and Jay Coffey, our current General Superintendent, is named the Superintendent of the Year by the American Subcontractor\'s Association (ASA.) Wespac 1991
Founded by current owner and president, John Largay, Wespac Construction opened for business in June 1991 while the land development market in Phoenix was at its lowest. Wespac concentrated on establishing a well- respected reputation as a quality general contractor, setting the foundation to the way we do business to this day. It is our enthusiasm for building and our ability to tackle any challenge that makes us so successful. Afterall, enthusiasm will find solutions when none are apparent, and it will achieve success where none is thought possible.
