Elevation Luxury Apartments in Flagstaff is tracking ahead of schedule. We have completed all of Phase 1, with the Owner currently occupying seven buildings and the clubhouse. Phase II is well underway and has been paved and framed. We are expecting another snowy winter, but still anticipated an Spring 2013 completion!

Wespac recently started the Anchor Centre Plaza project in collaboration with Krause Architects and DW Partners. The renovated façade will provide a new and improved presence off of Camelback Road. Pardon our dust as we help update the Camelback business corridor!

Wespac Construction recently completed the interior and shell for the Surgery Center of Gilbert. The center will be accepting patients in the summer of 2012.

Wespac Construction was recently asked to perform construction management services for the McDowell Mountain Golf Clubhouse. Wespac was the original contractor on this project and are excited to be a part of the improvements. Wespac is teaming with PHXArchitecture and the City of Scottsdale during the process. Perkins Coie asked Wespac Construction to perform tenant improvement services for their downtown Phoenix offices. The 87,000 square foot project will encompass four different floors in an occupied building. The project architect is Evolution Design. Visit Perkins Coie
